30-Day Return Policy

At USinks.com, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Full refunds apply to stock items only.

Return Exceptions

• Opened or used ink and solvent products are not eligible for return because of contamination and quality-control standards.
• Special-order inks are not eligible for a full refund. Returns of special-order items are subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee.
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or damaged item.
• Returns must be authorized in advance.

To start a return, email orders@usinks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and any necessary shipping labels.
