At USinks.com, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.

However, please note the following exceptions:

Opened or used ink and solvent products are not eligible for return due to contamination and quality control standards.

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our customer service team.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@usinks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and any necessary shipping labels.
