SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description. U.S. Industrial Inks ("USInks.com", "we", "us", "our") operates a recurring SMS messaging program. Messages may include reorder reminders, order and shipping updates, back-in-stock notifications, product announcements and occasional promotional offers.

2. How to join. You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a signup form at usinks.com, by checking the SMS marketing box at checkout, or by texting RESTOCK to (866) 578-8898. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from USInks.com at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 6 messages per month.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. USInks.com does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

5. How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also email info@usinks.com or call (833) 424-9227 to be removed.

6. How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@usinks.com or (833) 424-9227.

7. Carriers and delivery. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and be the subscriber or the customary user of the mobile number you provide.

9. If your number changes. If you give up, change or deactivate the mobile number on your account, email info@usinks.com so we can update our records. You agree to let us know rather than leaving a new subscriber to receive messages meant for you.

10. Privacy. Information you give us is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
